About The Culture Element
About Us

Kerry brings over 20 years of combined HR and Organisational Development experience, working to support individuals, leaders, and organisations to grow and thrive. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds an MSc in Human Resource Management, combining strong professional practice with a thoughtful, people centred approach.
Katherine brings a background in Organisational Development and Coaching, supporting individuals and leaders to develop confidence, capability, and clarity around their goals. She holds an MBA, is a Chartered Fellow of the CMI, and is a qualified coach, bringing both strategic insight and personal development expertise to her work.
